about your teacher:

Lisa Festa dreams of a world where every being feels a deep sense of belonging. She completed her Radiant Child Yoga teacher training through Ohana Rising with legacy trainer, Lisa Brodrick. She believes learning how to self regulate your nervous system as a youth is as important as learning to tie your shoe. She is a visual explorer, wild dancer and is as curious as an octopus. Play and art making are essential practices in her daily life. Lisa aims to empower children to shine bright and listen to the inner wisdom of their heart. Through breath, movement and imagination, Lisa teaches resilience and adaptability. She believes we can learn to expand our capacity for challenge by listening to the subtle ways our body speaks to us.
