This class is designed to:
Release deep-seated tension: Begin with a brief intention setting and then be guided through a soothing Yoga Nidra session, designed to relax your body and quiet your mind. Known as "psychic sleep", Yoga Nidra can provide a deep state of relaxation and healing.
Enhance self-awareness: Transition into a silent tea ceremony, allowing space for quiet reflection and to integrate your Yoga Nidra experience. This practice can help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.
Cultivate calm and renewal: Experience the grounding properties of both practices to find inner peace and prepare for a restful state.
Who is this class for?
This practice is suitable for everyone, regardless of prior yoga or meditation experience. Those new to these practices are welcome.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes, a blanket, and a pillow.
Items that enhance relaxation, such as an eye mask or essential oils.
Optional: a journal to record your Yoga Nidra experience during tea time.
