Embark on a profound journey of self-discovery with our 100-hour Kundalini Yoga Teaching Immersion. Under the expert guidance of master teacher Lisa Brodrick, this immersive program invites you to explore the ancient wisdom of Kundalini Yoga. Through dynamic postures, breathwork, and meditation techniques, you'll deepen your understanding of Kundalini energy.
Kundalini & Somatics Teacher Training — Levels 1 & 2
A 200-Hour Hybrid Training to Awaken Strength, Restore Balance, and Embody the Art of Vital Living
This training bridges the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga with the modern language of somatics, meridian theory, and nervous system intelligence.
Through movement, sound, and breath, you’ll explore how to restore balance, cultivate vitality, and care for the body as a vessel of consciousness.
Open to all dedicated practitioners — no previous training or experience is required.
You may join for Level 1, Level 2, or both as a complete 200-hour program.
The training is offered in a hybrid format, with the option to attend in person at Ohana Rising Yoga School in Bradley Beach, NJ or live online via Zoom.
All participants receive mentorship, replays, and certification hours.
Spaces are limited to preserve the intimacy and mentorship of the group.
Level 1 — Awakening the Body Temple (100 Hours)
The Science of Movement and Breath
Discover how life force moves through form. This foundational immersion explores the architecture of the spine, the pathways of breath, and the somatic intelligence that allows energy to flow freely.
Key Focus Areas
Kundalini Yoga as a living, embodied science
Laya, Naad, and Swara Yoga foundations
Spinal biomechanics and functional somatic movement
Meridian mapping and energy flow through organ systems
The endocrine and nervous systems and toning the vagus nerve
Kriya, mantra, gong sound, and meditation as integration tools
Subtle anatomy including the Ten Bodies and chakra system
By the end of Level 1, you’ll have a grounded personal practice and the confidence to begin guiding others in foundational Kundalini-Somatic sequences.
Level 2 — Alchemy of Energy (100 Hours)
The Science of Sound and Subtle Anatomy
This advanced immersion deepens your study of energetic mapping, resonance, and the subtle body. You’ll refine your ability to read and guide energy through vibration, awareness, and restorative sequencing.

The impact of sound and frequency on the body and mind
Advanced kriya and pranayama for energetic flow
Deep study of meridians, nadis, and the auric field
Trauma-informed cueing and somatic language
Designing regenerative classes that support repair and vitality
Cultivating self-mastery and intuitive teaching presence

Embarking on a 100-hour Kundalini Yoga immersion offers a transformative journey for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. This immersive experience delves into the profound aspects of Kundalini Yoga, encompassing various practices that contribute to holistic well-being. The curriculum is vast and expansive. It requires dedicated study, regular practice, and encourages the development personal experience, knowledge & intuition.
The modules of Level 1 Immersion are focused around the science of movement & breath. These modules will cover:
Kundalini Yoga as a Science, Laya Yoga, Naad, Swara, Yoga Philosophy & Practice Structure
Kriya, Spinal Biomechanics, Functional & Somatic Movement
The endocrine & nervous system, toning the vagus nerve
Mantra, Meditation, Breath, intro to sound healing with gong
An Introduction to subtle anatomy, the ten bodies & chakra systems
These modules will prepare you to both develop your personal practice and begin to share Kundalini Yoga.
The Level 2 Immersion (April 2024) will provide an even deeper dive into the realm of self mastery, the practice of Kundalini, Laya & Naad Yoga. The modules are focused around the science of sound & subtle anatomy. The modules will cover:
The impact of sound vibrations on the human body and energy systems & how to use specific frequencies and vibrations to promote physical, emotional well being.
Advanced kriya & pranayama, understanding structured energetic movement
A deep dive into the chakra system & subtle bodies for self healing
These courses can be taken alone or paired with our elective courses as outlined in this table of contents to be applied to your 200hr or 300hr (500) teacher certification.
Participants can expect:

Growing up between the US & Argentina, Lisa became enamoured with the curiosities and complexities of the world.
As a first generation child in the US, she grew up present to the strife and sacrifice that is made by many new to the US. These experiences have deeply informed her life choices. From working as a naturalist in Northern California to becoming a school teacher in Asbury Park, these commitments led her to offering trainings and education throughout the US, Central America & South Africa. She has educated hundreds of people to teach children & adults social emotional awareness, movement & yoga.
She believes that we are moving into a world of unity consciousness and that we have the potential and possibility to be fully ourselves, without fear, and experience life in this way and connect with your natural self. Her offerings reflect this truth.
Simply, she loves the ocean, being in nature and this beautiful planet and be a part of sharing for the good of our human collective. A student of Sri Dharma Mittra, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, she has lead workshops and trainings for adults and children throughout the US, Mexico & South Africa.
This training will include several internationally & locally renown guest master teachers.

Our teaching style is gentle, empowering, and aimed at helping individuals learn & experience the these revered ancient teachings. We prioritize individual sovereignty and encourage students to find their authentic voice, avoiding the imposition of a singular truth.
This approach creates a safe space for exploration and includes the balance of the feminine/ masculine within us all, and has gender inclusive & trauma informed methodology . We offer opportunities for students to deepen their experiences and question teachings comfortably.
