This 200 Hour Training is founded in the principles of Hatha, Raja & Kundalini Yoga.
This means you will be learning asana(postures), mediations & pranayama (breath work) for a holistically strong body and mind.
You will leave this training prepared to lead classes for a variety of abilities.
Hatha opens the potential to listen, feel and connect with your body, mind, & breath opening the pathway to the depth of human potential. It is in this space the opportunity opens to connect with love to Consciousness, and the resilience, stability, security of your spiritual nature. From this place of wholeness, we can begin to share and inspire one another.

A minimum of 1 year of personal yoga practice at home or in a yoga center 18 + years of age.

Growing up between the US & Argentina, Lisa became enamoured with the curiosities and complexities of the world. She believes that we are moving into a world of unity consciousness and that we have the potential and possibility to be fully ourselves, without fear, and experience life in this way and connect with the Divine. Her offerings reflect this truth. Simply, she loves the ocean, being in nature and this beautiful planet and be a part of sharing for the good of our human collective. A student of Sri Dharma Mittra and of Kundalini Yoga, she has lead workshops and trainings for adults and children throughout the US, Mexico & South Africa.
This training will include several internationally & locally renown guest master teachers.

Q - What have you liked about this training so far?
A - Liked today learning the prana meditations very much. I enjoyed learning how to lead sun salutations. I enjoy the group cohesiveness. I enjoyed meeting with Fabio one-on-one to know him better. Dr. Rose is a fascinating person.
Q - Now that you are in the YTT, what has surprised you the most or made you the happiest about joining this teacher training?
A - The community.
Q - What are 3 things you have learned that has also benefitted life outside the training so far?
A - Learning Pranayam. Weight position in downward dog. Neck freedom from Dr. Rose.

A - A Deep Training that also deals with the spirituality and history of yoga that is led by very well trained teachers.

Q - What have you liked about this training so far?
A - Everything! I love how much I’ve been able connect with myself spiritually and on the inside with this class. I used to concentrate more on just the poses and pranayama breathing when I was doing that separately and now you’re helping me bring it all together. Thank you!
Q - What are 3 things you have learned that has also benefitted life outside the training so far?
A - 1) To keep practicing every day and trust in the process. (I’m actually still working on this) 2)Doing pranayama breathing weekly with Fabio is helping me learn but it also really just helps me 3) Being in this community & learning with everyone has been very helpful to me to remember to just keep showing up, I don’t need to be perfect at this & everyone is different & we’re all still learning. I tend to be very hard on myself and this class is helping me with that tremendously

The environment you’ve all created and the space you’ve held for me & the space I’m holding for you is quite sacred to me. I’m very grateful for this experience and it just happened that after starting this training I’ve been dealt some scary health issues that I’m working through and being part of this is really helping me through that. That’s not something I expected to get from a yoga teacher training, but I’m so very grateful for it❤️🙏🏼❤️
