This guided breathing and meditation practice will focus on traditional & intuitive breathing, meditation and energetic wellness techniques.

 

This class is an active meditation.  In standard meditation you clear your mind of any thoughts and remain as still as possible. In active meditation you focus actively, just like you do in a sport. In this case, you are breathing in a dynamic and energetic way.  This requires intentional breathing and focus.

 

After class, and with regular practice, you may begin to feel “lighter,” more relaxed, have clarity of thought and reduced stress and increased lung capacity and health.
