Join us for a full-body reset designed to help you unwind tension, regulate your nervous system and support recovery. Using the 4 Pillars of Body by Breath®—Breathwork, Movement, Self-Myofascial Release, and Non-Sleep Deep Rest—you’ll explore practices that support circulation, mobility, and stress regulation. Expect guided breathwork, self-massage with therapy balls, and slow, intentional movement, followed by a deeply restorative Non-Sleep Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra–style) experience to integrate. You'll leave feeling calm, open, and grounded.
