About your instructors

Natalie Sabuda Batty (Lead Instructor)

Natalie is a compassionate and creative practitioner dedicated to helping others find balance and harmony through the therapeutic power of sound. With a deep passion for fostering connection and healing, she believes that “deep listening is the medicine we need in a fast-paced world.” Her work encourages individuals to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit through sound’s transformative effects.

Natalie explains, “When you immerse in a sound bath, it can quiet the mind, but it really gives the body a chance to come back into balance. People think about the ears listening, but the tissues are listening too. Deep listening helps us remember the unified field of what we are a part of and tune into our body, mind, and spirit.”

A lifelong musician, Natalie holds a master degree in biology and earth science and has trained in frequency and craniosacral therapy, using these tools to release deep tension in the body and restore coherence. She is a certified yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, certified biofield tuning practitioner and blends her extensive expertise with a caring and intuitive approach.

Natalie is passionate about using coherent tools to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, giving them something to tune and anchor to. Through sound healing, she offers a pathway for individuals to reconnect with their wholeness, helping them remember that the body is not separate but part of a unified, interconnected field of life. “To listen is to remember your wholeness,” she teaches, inviting people to embrace their inherent capacity for healing and balance.

With her unique combination of science, creativity, and care, Natalie inspires individuals to use sound as a bridge to alignment, self-care, and harmony. She is located in Southwest Florida and can be found in her spare time in nature with her children, and all the flora & fauna friends.
